1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and c9taya ("c9taya," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online casino platform accessible at c9taya.asia ("Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the c9taya Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the c9taya Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on c9taya, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling. c9taya strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of c9taya, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the c9taya Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gambling regulatory authority.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and at all times thereafter.

c9taya reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if you fail to meet or maintain any of the above requirements. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration & KYC

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the c9taya Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

c9taya is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification. As part of this process, you may be required to submit:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, or PRC ID);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate issued within the last three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account registered in your name);
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by c9taya's compliance team.

c9taya reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account functionality pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify c9taya immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. c9taya shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the c9taya Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). c9taya supports the following payment methods for Filipino players:

• E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the Platform's cashier section and may be updated from time to time. c9taya does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits and withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose its own fees.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• c9taya reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.
• Bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 5 for details.
• c9taya reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

c9taya offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.

General bonus terms applicable to all c9taya promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. c9taya reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• c9taya reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect bonuses already accepted and in active use by a player.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the c9taya Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the individual game rules expressly state otherwise.

c9taya uses certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology for all applicable games. The RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. c9taya does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay:

• c9taya will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last confirmed state.
• If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, the wager for that round will be refunded to your account balance.
• c9taya shall not be liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
• Any bets placed or winnings generated during a period of known system malfunction may be voided at c9taya's discretion.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. c9taya reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the c9taya Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identities;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or use of automated software (bots) to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing c9taya staff or other players;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location;
• Allowing any third party to access or use your c9taya account.

8 Responsible Gaming

c9taya is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

c9taya provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the c9taya Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the minimum exclusion period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the c9taya Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform ("Content"), is the exclusive property of c9taya or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without c9taya's prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Content;
• Use any Content for commercial purposes or in any manner that competes with c9taya's business;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any Content.

The c9taya name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of c9taya. Unauthorized use of any c9taya trademark is strictly prohibited.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

c9taya collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the c9taya Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

c9taya complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and all implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission. Your personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently, and is used only for the purposes for which it was collected.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, c9taya, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, system errors, or interruptions in service;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information or content published on the Platform;
• Losses arising from delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any indirect or consequential loss of any nature whatsoever.

c9taya's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your c9taya account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude c9taya's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Account Termination

c9taya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a notification from PAGCOR or another regulatory authority;
• Discovery that you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible to use the Platform;
• Any other reason that c9taya, in its reasonable discretion, deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and provided no fraud investigation is pending.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting c9taya support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13 Disputes & Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your c9taya account or the Platform, you should first contact c9taya's customer support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. c9taya will acknowledge your complaint within twenty-four (24) hours and endeavor to resolve it within ten (10) business days.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by c9taya's customer support team, you may escalate your complaint to c9taya's compliance department. Escalated complaints will be reviewed by a senior compliance officer and a final decision will be communicated to you in writing within thirty (30) days of escalation.

All disputes relating to game outcomes must be raised within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game round. c9taya will review server-side game logs to determine the correct outcome. The decision of c9taya's compliance team on game outcome disputes is final and binding, subject to any rights you may have under applicable Philippine law.

Unresolved disputes may be referred to PAGCOR for adjudication in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.

14 Amendments to These Terms

c9taya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, c9taya will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms became effective. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the c9taya Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the c9taya Platform, subject to c9taya's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

c9taya operates in compliance with the regulations and directives of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit or exclude any rights or remedies available to you under applicable Philippine consumer protection or data privacy legislation.
